Find crew jobs

If you work behind the camera, you can browse every open crew position on FilmKit, tell a production you're interested, and keep track of your responses in one place.

To express interest, you need a FilmKit account and a crew profile. See Create and edit a profile.

Browse crew jobs

1. Do one of the following:
   • From a public FilmKit page: At the top of the page, click Crew jobs.
   • From your dashboard: In the sidebar, click Crew Jobs.

2. To narrow the list, enter a search term, or choose a Department and a Role.
Each row shows the posting, the role, the rate, the location, the dates, and whether it's a union position. To start over, click Clear filters.
3. Click a posting to see About this position.

Express interest in a job

1. On the posting's page, click Express interest.
If you aren't signed in, click Log in to express interest first.
2. In the dialog, choose the crew profile to use from the Interested as menu.
If you don't have a crew profile yet, click Create one.
3. Optionally choose a showreel from the Showreel (optional) menu.
A private showreel is shared only with this production. See Add showreels.
4. Optionally enter a Note (optional), such as your availability, rate, or relevant credits.
5. Click Send interest.
The page confirms that your interest has been sent to the production.

Track or withdraw your interest

1. Go to your dashboard, then click My interests in the sidebar.

The list shows each posting you responded to, the showreel you shared, and its status, such as Reviewed, Contacted, or Hired.
2. To withdraw, click Withdraw in the posting's row, then confirm.

When you withdraw, the production no longer sees your interest as active, and any private showreel you shared for it is no longer available to them.
